Litzy has a few special needs that make her even more lovable. She takes a joint supplement in her food to help with arthritis in her right hip and is on weight management food to keep her feeling her best. She had ear surgery in the past as she came in with double hematomas, so now she has two adorable little ear nubs — fully healed and totally unique! Her ears just need a gentle cleaning twice a week to keep them healthy.

If you work from home, Amy makes for the perfect coworker - she likes to join Teams meetings to boost workplace morale and then proceed to nap by your keyboard once her work is done. 

Amy loves to climb on cat trees, look outside windows and play with her toys. Amy will need someone who will play with her to help her lose weight. 

Amy grooms herself fastidiously but she needs a bit of help cleaning up her backend after she uses the litterbox. As she loses weight, she should be able to reach and clean back there herself.

Hibiscus was previously a breeder cat. She has had many litters and has spent a lot of her life as a mother vs a beloved companion, which shows. Due to this, at 4.5 years old, she is pretty set in her ways though still the purrfect mix of sweet & sassy. She is shy around people, will try to hide and even occasionally swat or hiss if feeling cornered or overstimulated. When she is comfortable and knows you, she gets chatty, will be excited to see you and even come greet you. She is not a lap cat by any means, but will comfortably sit around you once you’ve had a chance to connect and build a bond but really needs time to do so.

She absolutely loves being brushed and her brush will come with her… Especially her chin and cheeks. She will twirl and rub against you during brush time and looks forward to it everyday. She keeps herself entertained, and has learnt to like toys and catnip! She gets super excited for her temptations and does enjoy meal time. Hibiscus will need someone who can monitor her eating and provide regular feeds because she will over eat if opportunity presents itself. She also doesn’t love eating from her bowl, but instead take mouthfuls of kibble and move it elsewhere and enjoy it there. She has pretty good litter box manners as long as her litter box is cleaned regularly. If not cleaned, she will go right outside the box.

Hibiscus is fine in her own, but is also okay with calm cats and hasn’t shown any problems towards dogs that leave her alone. She would really love a quiet home that she can just spend her time relaxing, lounging in the cat tree, scratching her scratch posts and living her best life with a family who will be patient with her as she continues to blossom and show her true colours. She is truly the sweetest most wonderful girl. 🐾❤️

Our sweet Mr. Limpy is looking for a very special family. Could it be you?

Approximately a year ago, Limpy was seen on his fosters porch camera eating with the other neighborhood strays.
After being watched for a while it was noticed he had some sort of injury to his front paw and was limping.
After trying for quite some time, Mr. Limpy was trapped! This is how he got his name.

He was taken to the vet to get treatment for his sore paw as well as Neutered, vaccinated and dewormed.
To heal he stayed in a 2 story cage, he was not doing well, he wouldn't eat and seemed extremely unhappy and depressed and angry, no one could touch him.
So once he was healed he was released back to the porch.

Fast forward to winter, it was so cold so the foster decided to trap and keep all the strays indoor for the winter. Mr. LIMPY was 1st to be trapped and released into the fosters basement.

Limpy appeared to be a semi feral cat, he would growl and hiss if you got close to him. Eventually, after a few weeks he started rubbing up on their legs when it was food time, but couldn't pet him as he'd attack your hand, you also couldn’t walk away from him cause he'd attack your legs and feet...as time went on and he kept attacking legs and feet he was put into a very large cage where his foster would go in with him and spend time with him.

He decided he loved getting pets from her and would purr and cuddle up. He does still get over stimulated and bite(not hard) and grab (without claws) your hands. He is extremely loving and a wonderful cat, but only to one person. He will hiss growl and attack the legs of any other person.

Limpy needs a special home with one human or a couple willing to put in the work to earn Mr.Limpys love. He does well with other cats but can play rough. He is fine with little dogs if they leave him alone.
He plays with toys when he is alone, he hasn't yet played toys with his foster.

He is a big loveable Bear when he finds his person.
Someone out there must want to give this big loveable lug the chance he deserves!

Sitting by the window watching birds and people walk by is one of her hobbies and if you can why not brush her shiny black fur while she’s bird watching, she enjoys that. Mistir Walter is such a sweet, gentle boy with the softest heart. He might be a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, his personality shines through. He’s incredibly affectionate and will purr nonstop for chin and ear rubs, it’s the sweetest sound.

He’s also playful in the cutest way and loves chasing wand toys. Once playtime is over, he’s perfectly happy to relax and snuggle close. Mistir Walter always greets you when you get home, rubbing against you to say hello. He’s usually quiet, but every now and then he’ll make the softest little squeaks… it’s adorable!! He rarely meows, except to gently remind you it’s mealtime.

Hi, I’m Sasha! My foster mom jokingly called me Sasha Fierce (after Beyoncé’s alter ego) because I sure was fierce when I first arrived! I was so scared but I didn’t want foster mom to know I was scared so I tried to be big and tough and hurt her before she could hurt me (I didn’t know humans could be kind and loving.) 

I was living outside with my brother and mom who was also pregnant again. Foster mom sure was persistent though and didn’t give up on me so I decided to take a chance and boy, am I ever glad I did! I LOVE to be petted and I especially love to press my forehead against foster mom’s forehead and just connect with her. 

I LOVE toys, I love to play so much! I never had toys when I lived outside. I also adore other animals, I NEED to go to a home with other cats that can help me continue to be brave. I love dogs too. I don’t love being picked up yet, it scared me not being on the ground but we’re working on it! I love to eat and I love snack time at foster mom’s house and I’m always first in line. 

I have an adorable little meow and often talk to foster mom when she is being too slow to hand out food and treats! I’m so hoping to find a home that will love me forever and make me forget all about the days of being homeless

Once you’ve passed probation, she will demonstrate her approval with chirps to welcome you home, company for any indoor activities and a companion for watching Netflix. For the moment Aveline is more of a night cuddler, but there’s a lap cat in there just waiting to come out.

Syrup is a curious, independent guy who loves to do his own thing, but also loves to know exactly what you’re up to. He’s the kind of cat who’ll explore every corner of your home, then plop down nearby to supervise your activities like a tiny, furry detective.

After his morning zoomies or a good round of laser tag, he’ll happily accept a meat tube before settling in to relax.

Syrup gets along great with other cats as long as they let him be his cool, confident self and they don’t bully him. He’s been thriving in his foster home, showing off his playful side.

He’s also known for his morning bathroom visits, not because he’s helpful, but because he knows breakfast happens soon after!

Syrup enjoys both wet and dry food, loves a good chin scratch, and is great with kids. He hasn’t met any dogs yet, but with a slow introduction, he’d likely be just fine.

Hey there, my name is Willow. I am a pretty little lady looking for a safe haven to call my own. I was rescued from a bad situation but that experience did not make me lose my sparkle and joy. My foster parents say I am the friendliest and sweetest cat you will ever meet and who am I to argue.

I love being petted and will even force my head under your hand if you stop too soon. I love to cuddle up on your lap and when you are lying down, I will stretch out as far as I can and make myself at home and have a wonderful nap.

I enjoy playing with all sorts of toys especially ones I can carry in my mouth. Be warned though, I can be a little tough on soft toys as I like to try and tear them apart – have a needle and thread ready for repairs! I can make almost anything a cat toy! Another one of my favorite pastimes is jumping up and sitting on window ledges and looking outside at the birds and other wildlife. I think I have checked out every window sill in my foster parent’s home. I really love a little play fighting in the morning while my foster mom is still in bed or when she is trying to do her stretches after a workout and I hope you will love it too.

I prefer cat food that is chunks or flakes of meat with gravy like Friskies Shredded (my personal favorite), none of that pate food for me. I enjoy crunchy food as well and really love those squeezable treats.

I am currently in a home where I am the only cat and enjoy being the centre of attention, but I have been with other pets before and think it would be fun to have buddy to play with. I have very good litter box manners.

I was rescued from the street and brought into care. At the time I was very scared and timid, didn't trust humans.

I absolutely love the resident cats here, we all get along so great! I love zoomimg with them and having play battles.

When I first came to my current fosters I hid under a chair from my foster mom for quite a few days, and I wouldn't let her touch me for weeks. She was really sweet and left me treats, to try bring me out and to help gain my confidence and trust. It took patience, and time to convince me I was safe.

But it finally happened! 😺

🪥 Ive had some dental work done. So my teeth are sparkling and pearly white, and I have the freshest breath 💚

🍽 For Mealtime I currently love Whiskas favorite pouches in gravy. I do like dry food, but I just graze on that very slowly. My preference is moist food paws down!

🐾 I have amazing litter box manners! I never make messes. I promise 🤞

I love and get along great with the cats and two big dogs in my foster home. Younger kids kinda scare me. I am still leery of humans. But I'm realizing that I don't need to be. I am still learning, and I apologize if I seem scared at first. Just give me time and patience.

I'm not scared of dogs at all as long as they are cat savvy and dont chase me.

Im an occasional counter surfer, I hate to admit.

I love lounging in the cat tree and soaking up the outside world and all its activities. A cozy lap for me is also tempting, I love scritches, and cuddles 🧡

Hi! I’m Cardamom! 

I was born with a large hole in my heart. I had a cardiac ultrasound done and found that while I don’t need any treatment right now, this is something that will need to be monitored over time. There’s a chance it could lead to heart problems in the future, like heart failure. I will likely need annual cardiac ultrasounds for the rest of my life in hopes of catching changes early (and possibly put on meds to extend things). Due to the large hole in my heart, the specialist said it puts me at significant risk of a shorter lifespan—possibly around 2 to 7 years—but right now I’m happy, playful, and feeling great! I’ll need another heart ultrasound in about a year to check on things. I’m hoping to find a home that will love me just as I am and give me the cozy, joy-filled life every kitty deserves! 

Now, more about ME! I’m a tiny long haired ginger who is exceptionally sweet. I had kittens while I was still a kitten myself. Now that I’m done with mom duties, I’d really love to settle down in a home of my own. I love the resident pets in my foster home, especially the dog. I’ll follow him around and playfully wrestle with him every change I get. Humans are great too, the more the merrier.  When company comes over I’m happy to meet everyone. I love to be picked up and snuggled and I’ll give little kisses if you let me. I have great litter box manners - I always use the box and bury my business thoroughly.
