Meow! That's "hello" in kitten. It's not that I'm THAT talkative. I'm not constantly complaining or anything like that and besides that I'm not very loud either. I am probably just looking for a toy or my siblings to play with. Or maybe I just need a cuddle.

I love to wrestle with my siblings and like to compete trying to catch the stick toy or the crinkle balls. Play time is crazy fun!

So treats can be really distracting! I can hardly believe these delicious little morsels just fall out of nowhere. I would do anything for another treat.

I am looking for my forever family and hope that you will consider me. I like to cuddle and purr on someone's lap but sometimes it's good enough just to be close.

🏥 I recently had a stay at the vet for what was believed to be a foreign body blockage, but it turned out I was just very backed up. I have been totally back to normal since! ♥️

Hello to my future forever family. I am excited to meet you but let me set the record straight. I am not entirely black. I have at least 9 white hairs on my chest. I think they look manly!

I am the big brother to my two sisters. I really enjoy playing with them and with the stick with my fosters. I have just started playing fetch with a crinkley ball but I think this is my new favorite game.

Dormouse came into foster care with her two much larger siblings. For the first two weeks she would only eat, hide, sleep and cuddle with me. Her siblings wanted to play with her but they were way too rough sometimes.

Now that she has grown a bit stronger she can be seen stalking her much bigger siblings. A sneak attack and a quick retreat. If she's caught and it gets too rough she just calls "uncle" in cat and things settle down.

She always enjoys a good cuddle and in fact is sitting on my shoulder as I write this because she wants my attention.

She can be a little shy at first, especially around really loud little kids, but I am confident she would adjust to any loving family situation.

I am adorable little black cat. I love to rub up against my foster mom and tell her when it’s time to eat. I also am a great cuddler and will spend the evening on your lap napping after my belly is full.

Most of the time I’m pretty independent and play with springs and small balls on my own. I did play with my cat friends so I’d do well with another sibling if you have one somebody but if not I’m rather independent and play well on my own.

I love to watch the birds out the window and I chirp at them all the time. I like to sleep by the back door where it is cool and look out the glass door.

I’d make a great snuggle bunny for somebody to love.

Trixee is a calm, soft spoken little angle who loves to cuddle and play with her toys. She has good potty manners and she will snuggle up anywhere you let her! She’s very good with other cats and children. She is untested with dogs but presumed to do amazingly well with smaller breeds, otherwise slower introductions with larger dogs who are loud, jumpy or aggressive as she can sometimes be frightened with big loud movements.

She loves to be cuddled, given head scratches and playing with string toys or running down the hallway chasing the laser. Trixie is very well behaved during bath time, she’s energetic but doesn’t bite cords or get into things she’s not supposed to. She’s super sweet and deserves to find her furrever loving home

Chatter is the quiet observer with a soft spot for high places and gentle pets.

She’s shy at first and will watch you from a distance until she decides you’re safe. Once she trusts you, she’ll come over for the sweetest head scratches. She’s very quiet overall, but you might catch an occasional soft meow just for you.

Chatter LOVES vertical space. Windowsills are her favorite — she’ll curl up there for hours just watching the world go by. Give her a cat tree or a sunny perch and she’s set.

She is not a fan of being picked up, but if she really likes you she’ll tolerate a very brief lift. She prefers four paws on the ground and pets on her terms.

She eats well, but she’s not super food motivated. Wet food is her definite preference and she’ll enjoy it, then slowly pick at dry food through the day. Fair warning: at first she may try to sample another cat’s bowl until she spots her own and gets redirected.

Chatter is very cat-savvy and respectful of housecat boundaries. Dogs are a different story — but she is currently working on getting used to them with slow intro! She does puff and hiss but has calmed down a lot even with one visit. I think she would do great with a dog respectful of boundaries.

An ideal home for Chatter is someone who is patient and who loves a calm, quiet companion. She won’t be in your lap on day one, but once you earn her trust you’ll get a gentle, window-watching buddy who asks for head scratches in her own quiet way.

This boy is sooo sweet and affectionate. He just wants to be loved. He’s a playful guy who enjoys all kinds of toys, and he’s great with other cats. We’re not sure about dogs yet - his foster sisters can be a bit bossy, but Bribery is curious and seems interested to learn!

Eating? Eats both dry and wet food like a champ.

Tinkie Winkie is not understanding how he and his brother Dispy have been in care for 7 months with no adoption interest!

This boy is welcoming, full of love, easy going, easily entertained and a total sweetheart! He started out more independent but since being with his brother since birth, they have really found their own little bond. It is rare you do not find these two together, and in an ideal world they would go together.

Tinkie has 10/10 litter box manners. He does not have a sensitive tummy and is up for eating anything, and is a ball of energy is always ready to play. He would do well in any household.

Of the two, Dipsy is a bit more quiet but found his confidence while being with his brother Tinkie. He is an easy going, loving boy that would like nothing more than to settle in his forever place… finally! He has the softest fur and absolutely loves getting pets.

Trill is a little adventure seeker with a big heart and an even bigger purr motor.

She’s curious first, cuddles second. Trill loves exploring every room, every shelf, every sunny spot. But once she decides you’re her person, she’s extremely affectionate. Expect loud meows and sweet trills at the door, then instant head bumps and cheek scratches requests. She will happily purr the entire time you’re petting her.

Wand toys are her favorite. She’s also obsessed with chasing small throwing toys and crinkle balls. She has great energy and loves interactive play sessions.

Very food motivated. Wet food is the definite winner — she’ll happily gobble it up and will even finish a housemate’s leftovers if they walk away. She’ll nibble dry food slowly, but wet food is what gets her running.

Very cat-savvy and respectful. She reads other cats’ boundaries well and gives them space. She’d likely do great with cat-savvy dogs too, her introductions so far have gone well!

Please note his big golden eyes, silky-soft fur, and faint silver swirls. Carlos is a cuddler who will snuggle on your lap, but also an adventurer who loves to leap and play with toys. Carlos is great with other cats (especially his brothers) and would be good with kids. His ideal home would have another cat for company, and a family who loves to spend time with interactive play.

Jainey was a transfer from a pound just over 4 months ago to have another chance at adoption but sadly has not had any interest her entire time at the adoption centre. None of our volunteers understand how she hasn’t been adopted yet. She is such a great girl.

She is a beautiful, sweet girl who would make a wonderful addition to any family. 

She has these intense, big and beautiful green eyes. She's not much of a lap cuddler but she loves to be near by, usually curled up right beside you. She loves chin scratches and never plays too rough. She gets along with other calmer cats, or cats that respect her space. She doesn’t love cats that run at her, or are in her face.

She loves the cat house, and loves her cage at the shelter. Even with the chance to run around, she often likes to stay put and oversee everyone. She loves soft beds & cat nip toys!

Beautiful Billie Luv was posted freezing on the streets of Winnipeg a little over a month ago. When she was safely collected, her ear tips has severe frost bite, and her mouth was very ouchie. She got a dental, spay, all her vaccines, deworming and is now feeling better than ever! 

Billie Luv always has a good appetite - as she once had to eat like she may never eat again, she is still learning that her food will still be there if she leaves it for a bit! 

She is shy, but she loveesssss pets. Once you actually start to pet her, she will fall right into you with love. 

She has just arrived at the shelter to build her confidence a bit. This was a big step for her, but she is starting to learn that most people are actually very kind - so if you see her, and she’s tucked away, please still take a moment to say hello and give her some slow blinks. She is taking her big girl steps to hopefully find her forever family. She deserves it. ❤️

Stella is a small little lady full of love! She came in fairly shy and uncertain as a mom with 5 kittens from a home with over 40 cats, but she has certainly built confidence in her time with us.

She enjoys the company of people and loves to chat and let out little chirps in response to you.

Depending on the cat, sometimes she gets along right from the get go, other times it takes a day or two, but she is a pretty welcoming girl overall. She hasn’t seemed phased with kids or dogs so should do fine in any household.

Her litterbox manners are purrfection and she is not a picky eater.
