Meet Lexi!
I’m a little (not so little) couch potato that loves cuddles and pets. And I love my beauty sleep - don’t think you’ll get your bed to yourself! I get the zoomies every once in a while and love my walks.
I am mostly white, but I don’t stay like that very long! I love to lay in the dirtiest spots… mud, sand, etc. I love to be brushed and get belly rubs - I could sit there for hours! I love to howl and talk. I will converse with you any chance I get.
If you have a lazy day, I have a lazy day too. If you wanna go out for adventure, I’m also your pup.
Cats: untested

Yulka is a fun, happy, and playful dog who loves being around people. She gets excited to meet new friends and enjoys going for walks and checking out everything going on around her. She’s very observant and always wants to be part of the action. She does great with other dogs and absolutely loves to run, jump, play, and wrestle with them.
She would likely do well in a home with another playful dog who can match her energy. She already knows sit, down, come, and wait, and she’s very food motivated. She waits patiently for her meals and is eager to learn. Like many young dogs, she’s still learning her manners. She can sometimes get a little nippy when she’s excited, but it’s playful and something we’re actively working on through training and redirection.
She does very well in the car too! Loves car rides

Bindi searched for a committed foster, and got no one. 💔
Our hearts are aching for this sweet girl who is about to go through some major life changes. Is anyone willing to open their home to a wonderful lady about to turn 8 years old and is just looking for a loving family to cherish her for the rest of her years?
Meet Bindi – “The Amazing Bindi”
Bindi is a wonderful eight-year-old dog with a heart full of love. She absolutely adores people, enjoys all the attention she can get, and never says no to a tasty treat. She is incredibly sweet, very well behaved, and one of those dogs who simply wants to be close to her people.
Bindi is house trained and does very well in the home. She does not typically bark to ask to go outside, so her family will need to be attentive and offer her regular bathroom breaks. Simply encouraging her with, “Come on girl, go pee outside,” works very well for her, and she does great with a consistent routine.
She gets along well with dog-savvy cats and does best with calm, relaxed dogs. Bindi enjoys the company of older, easygoing dogs but can become frustrated with very energetic or hyper dogs. Because she is a little older, a little overweight, and somewhat out of shape, she can become overwhelmed when younger dogs run circles around her, jump on her, or pin her down during play. When that happens, she may become upset, but it is more out of exhaustion and annoyance than aggression. She is perfectly happy alongside mature, laid-back canine companions.
Bindi loves playing fetch and enjoys going for walks. She walks beautifully on a leash and does not pull.
She currently lives in a yard with a six-foot fence and should have a securely fenced yard in her new home. While a four-foot fence may be adequate, a taller fence would provide extra peace of mind.
Bindi takes one Proin chewable tablet (phenylpropanolamine) each morning with her breakfast to help manage urinary leakage. She takes her medication very easily and happily eats it right in her food. The medication works very well for her.
She also has pressure sores on her front elbows. Her veterinarian has examined them, and the primary recommendation is weight loss. Occasionally, if the areas become irritated, Polysporin is applied, although this is not usually necessary. Bindi may lick her elbows and feet, which can leave damp spots on furniture, but this is simply from licking and not from urinary accidents.
Bindi is incredibly smart, obedient, and affectionate. She would happily stay by your side all day long if you offered her pets and cuddles. In fact, she has earned the nickname “The Amazing Bindi” because she truly is such a special dog.
She is fully up to date on her vaccinations, including kennel cough, and is on heartworm prevention.
Bindi is a true love bug whose favorite thing in the world is hearing that she is a “good girl.” She is looking for a calm, loving home where she can enjoy walks, cuddles, treats, and simply being close to her people.
